  • Up to 2 pets are allowed up to 75lbs each, in 2 bedroom condos. Up to 2 pets are allowed up to 50lbs each, in studio, 1 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom apartments in the main building. The following breeds are restricted at this community: Akita, Alaskan Malamute,  American Pit Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Chow Chow,  Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff (all types), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrids “or any mix/variation/descendant thereof”. Additional pet and breed restrictions may apply at this community.  If you have pets, please see your leasing professional for more information.  These restrictions and deposit requirements do not apply for qualified assistance animals.
